About Coaching
Are there things you want or need to change in your life, career, or business?
Change is simple, and can happen quickly – even in the course of your Coffee Break. For change to occur, two things need to happen. First you have to make the decision to change. And then you have to practice the change until it becomes a habit.
To change, it helps to have a Coach.
My job as your Coach is to help you:
- Decide what you want.
- Develop an action plan to get it.
- Make sure you have the skills you need to make the changes.
- Help you master your personal psychology to be able to make the changes.
- Do what you say you want to do.
